AL-Fatima Human Resources Development Society (AFHRDS) is a Non Govermental Organization who empower people and communities in situations of poverty, illiteracy, disease and social injustice.

AFHRDS spread its wings to different state of India including West Bengal. At present our activities and projects is also running over Delhi, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand..

AFHRDS got permission from Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India to run Nursing Training and Vatenerary Training to develop skilled persons in health care of human and animal. Also in the project of �Learn and Earn� our Ngo will start training of Tailoring and Primary Health Care to empower the women and youths of our Country, shortly.

AFHRDS atpresent executing a number of projects for the welfare of the society including the empowerment of the woman and youth skill in the society along with educational and unemployment solution for the society.
